Congratulations and Welcome to the New Leadership at CDRC:

New Staff: Ms. Carmen Arbogast

CDRC is pleased to announce that Ms. Carmen Arbogast will be joining the CDRC team as the Unmet Needs Coordinator & Program Coordinator starting September 17, 2018.

Ms. Arbogast comes to us from Lutheran Services and will be overseeing the continuing case management of Hurricane Matthew survivors and will also be engaged in Hurricane Florence recovery efforts as well.

She is a graduate of Fayetteville State University and a veteran and a resident of Fayetteville.

CDRC-NC is thankful to Church World Service (www.CWSGlobal.org) for their continuing partnership in the disaster relief work in Cumberland County. They assist by serving as a fiscal agent in this hiring.
